About the Role EVO Tech is seeking a driven, strategic, and highly relationship-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to help lead the growth of our AI-driven technology offerings. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and can operate effectively across sales leadership, business development, strategic partnerships, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with enterprise customers, public-sector organizations, and strategic partners. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant opportunity for growth and direct influence on the company's market expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Business Development
  • Lead and support revenue growth initiatives across commercial and government-facing markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, government stakeholders, and channel partners
  • Manage and improve sales pipeline performance using CRM and forecasting tools
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Help develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with company growth goals
  • Support digital marketing efforts, brand positioning, and social media engagement
  • Collaborate on customer-facing materials including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and demonstrations
  • Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and messaging Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operational, and executive leadership teams
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and growth metrics
  • Provide customer and market feedback to support product development efforts
  • Help establish scalable sales processes and operational best practices Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and developing client relationships
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or investigative solutions
  • Experience working with or selling to governmental agencies, public-sector organizations, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, RFP responses, or government contracting environments
  • Existing relationships within public-sector, defense, telecom, or security-related industries
  • Experience supporting strategic partnerships and channel development
  • Knowledge of AI-driven analytics, fraud prevention, telecommunications technologies, or deepfake detection technologies
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$6,000/month
Commission:
