Sales Director Position Summary CremiMex is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This position is ideal for a proven food industry sales professional with established relationships and a strong network of buyers and decision-makers within the Hispanic grocery, foodservice, wholesale, and distribution channels. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of generating new business, growing existing accounts, and expanding market share. We are seeking a self-motivated professional who can make an immediate impact by leveraging existing relationships, opening new accounts, and accelerating revenue growth throughout the territory. Territory Northern California Oregon Washington Additional Pacific Northwest markets as assigned Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to identify and secure new business opportunities. Manage and expand a portfolio of grocery, wholesale, distribution, and foodservice accounts. Prospect, develop, and close new customer opportunities. Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and product presentations. Present products, pricing programs, promotions, and sales initiatives to customers and prospects. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Collaborate with operations, customer service, logistics, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and sales activity records within CRM systems. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen market presence. Prepare territory forecasts, sales reports, and growth plans for management review. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience within the food industry. Established relationships with active buyers and decision-makers throughout Northern California and/or the Pacific Northwest. Proven experience selling to grocery retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and foodservice operators. Demonstrated success opening new accounts and growing territory sales. Strong network of industry contacts within Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Bilingual English and Spanish. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling Hispanic foods, dairy products, frozen foods, bakery products, beverages, snacks, or other consumer packaged goods. Existing relationships with regional grocery chains, independent supermarkets, distributors, wholesalers, and foodservice operators throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and measurable sales growth within the first 90 days. Experience managing large territories and working remotely. Communication Skills Communicates effectively with customers, prospects, and internal teams through professional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strategic Selling Develops account strategies that increase product penetration, customer retention, and overall sales growth. Competitive Awareness Maintains knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and protect existing business. Success Profile The ideal candidate already has established relationships with customers and decision-makers throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest and can quickly generate new business opportunities. This individual is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of operating independently while representing the CremiMex brand professionally in the marketplace. Preference will be given to candidates with established relationships in the Hispanic grocery, wholesale, distribution, and foodservice sectors throughout Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. Candidates should be prepared to discuss active customer relationships, territory accomplishments, account growth, and measurable sales achievements during the interview process.
