Job:
Regional Sales Managers are responsible for external sales efforts with farm equipment dealerships, irrigation dealerships and agricultural growers for a designated territory. Regional Sales Managers represent DFS Financing in the marketplace. Regional Sales Managers will be experts in offering DFS financing products and marketing efforts inside of their designated territory and they will represent DFS Financing in the marketplace.
About This Role:
Assess and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities. Meet and exceed forecasted sales goals for finance volume while maintaining consideration for overall company profitability. Develop, maintain and manage customer relationships and resulting transactions through regular personal visits to growers and dealers/manufacturer sales teams. Work directly with dealer sales teams by training dealers in DFS procedures and programs and updating the training as procedures and programs change. Lead the development of customized financing structures that enable dealers to expand market share. Drive revenue growth by delivering, customer-focused financing solutions aligned to evolving dealer needs. Serve as a trusted advisor to dealers by structuring financing solutions that support long-term customer success. Understanding and adhering to all company policy, laws, and regulations applicable to the role. Exhibiting professional behavior, conscientious about punctuality and attendance, demonstrates strong commitment to customer service and promoting positive working relationships. This position is fully remote, in which applicant must be high energy, take the initiative and exhibit leadership and organizational qualities. Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business, Marketing, Business Communications or a related/applicable field. An agricultural background that includes knowledge of farm machinery and/or operations. Professional background in sales with practical on the job experience of 8+ years. An understanding of finance and insurance products a plus. Excellent human relations and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to build and maintain relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
