Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview An established and growing organization is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive territory growth while building and maintaining strong partnerships with farm dealers, retailers, and growers. This individual will play a key role in both sales execution and agronomic support. An existing book of business is in place, providing immediate opportunity for impact. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth within an assigned territory Build and manage strong relationships with dealers and growers Promote and sell seed products along with biologicals and crop enhancement solutions Provide product positioning and agronomic guidance to customers Lead a collaborative, local team approach across sales and agronomy Ideal Background Degree in agronomy or equivalent hands-on experience Demonstrated success in relationship-building and sales growth Experience within the retail agriculture or seed industry preferred Familiarity with seed products and crop enhancement solutions Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $75,000-$110,000+ (depending on experience), plus performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Company vehicle and work-from-home flexibility Additional incentive opportunities tied to performance
