Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our mobile semi-truck repair business. This role focuses on building relationships with fleet managers, owner-operators, trucking companies, dispatchers, and logistics providers while promoting our fast, reliable roadside and onsite repair services. The ideal candidate understands the transportation industry, has strong communication skills, and can generate new business through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with trucking fleets, owner-operators, brokers, and transportation companies Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits Promote mobile repair services including roadside assistance, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, trailer repair, and emergency breakdown services Prepare and present service agreements, pricing, and account proposals Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat business Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction Track sales activities, leads, and customer communications Marketing Responsibilities Assist with social media marketing, online advertising, and local promotions Help manage company branding and customer outreach campaigns Create marketing content including flyers, emails, and promotional materials Build partnerships with trucking companies, dealerships, tow companies, and logistics businesses Attend trucking events, trade shows, and industry networking opportunities Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities in the market Qualifications Previous sales or marketing experience preferred Experience in trucking, diesel repair, transportation, or automotive industries is highly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach Basic computer and CRM knowledge Valid driver's license required Preferred Skills Knowledge of semi-truck repair and maintenance services Understanding of DOT compliance and fleet operations Social media and digital marketing experience Compensation & Benefits Performance bonuses Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Cell phone allowance Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional after-hours networking or customer visits
Pay:
$57,532.01 - $69,285.86 per year
