Job Description
Balencia is a growing medical aesthetics practice with several locations in Rhode Island. Balencia provides non/minimally invasive skin, body and wellness services with strong emphasis on patient satisfaction and ethical sales practices. We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong sales experience to lead our growth. Previous medical aesthetic practice/spa experience not required but preferred. This opportunity is great for career minded candidate looking to grow with a strong company in a high growth business niche. Must be able to work from all of our current locations.
Responsibilities:
Set up sales targets in consultation with management and deliver results Close leads and Sales opportunities on a timely and consistent basis. Follow up on sales leads with phone calls, emails and SMS Prefer experience with CRM but will train Be able to monitor and understand competition Develop quarterly sales plan in consultation with management. Do in-person consultations with patients recommending different services as needed. Will train if needed. Help plan and execute events Be able to call prospects who respond to our marketing campaigns. This is a core requirement. Help with reception area work when needed. Qualifications:
Experience in Sales Management in medical aesthetics Bachelor's Degree preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills. Strong leadership qualities Self motivated and self-directed Have a good personal presentation Strong computer skillsBenefits:
