Compensation Structure $60K-$70K base salary Uncapped commission $100K+ income potential based on production Company Vehicle | iPhone & Laptop Provided What Makes This Role Different You are building a true territory —not borrowing one No comp plan resets or games Clear system for generating referral-based business Sales leadership that actually understands field sales What You're Actually Building This is not a transactional sales role. You are developing a book of business through referral partnerships , including: Insurance agents & adjusters Plumbing, HVAC, and contractor relationships Property and facility managers Over time, this becomes a repeatable, compounding pipeline . Role Reality Check This is outside, in-person sales (not remote) There are no "pre-set leads" handed to you Relationship-building is the job—not a side activity Results come from consistency, not quick wins Core Responsibilities Generate and develop referral partner relationships Spend the majority of time in the field meeting contacts Run consultative, relationship-driven conversations Manage pipeline and activity in CRM Coordinate with operations to convert opportunities Who Tends to Do Well Here 2+ years in B2B outside sales Comfortable building a territory from zero Strong interpersonal and networking ability Self-managed, disciplined, and consistent Experience selling to property managers, insurance professionals, contractors, plumbers, or facility managers is a plus.
