Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for leading all sales initiatives at the location level, with a focus on driving performance, developing team members, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.

This role will:

Lead and develop front-line sales team members to achieve performance goals Monitor sales production and implement strategies to improve results Support hiring, onboarding, and training of sales staff Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback Ensure strong execution of customer-facing presentations and interactions Partner with internal teams to support location needs Evaluate daily sales activity and identify opportunities for improvement Manage scheduling to ensure consistent team coverage Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of performance, preferably in a B2C environment 1+ year of sales leadership or supervisory experience Experience coaching and developing team members Strong communication and customer-facing skills Ability to work in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed Valid driver's license Ability to travel locally for client meetings and community engagement Ability to obtain required licensing within 90 days of employment Confidentiality Notice This search is being conducted confidentially. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
