Dealership Internet Sales Manager/BDC

Berkeley Ford in Charlston South Carolina is located in the fastest growing market Berkeley County. We're looking for a full-time Internet Manager/BDC for our growing Internet Department.

REQUIRED

: Previous automotive sales experience. You will be selling/closing car deals. Desking experience preferred but not required. Tons of leads! Great working environment! Automotive Internet Sales Manager/BDC responsibility as followed : Manage internet leads to ensure effective communication with guests to streamline the sales process Ensure Customers are transitioned effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience Overseeing inventory management (Partnering with Management to adjust pricing on new and pre-owned vehicle inventory) Retail and Stock ordering Work with third-party vendors for advertising (Cars.com, TrueCar, DealerOn) Handling dealer trades Help run the desk including closing/lockup when the other manager is off Entering vehicle info for trade-ins including MaxOffer Desking deals including pulling credit and submitting deals Ford EV Champion - Lead contact at the dealership for all EV questions and concerns Experience with Eleads, Cox Automotive products and Dominion a plus Thank you for your interest!
