Automotive Sales Manager (Entry-Level / Growth Opportunity) Are you a high-performing automotive sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are actively seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our team—someone who knows how to sell, lead by example, and is hungry for growth. This is the perfect opportunity for a 15-20 car-per-month producer who is ready to transition into leadership and build a long-term career in automotive management.
What You'll Do:
Support and assist the Sales Management team in daily operations Lead by example on the showroom floor—closing deals and mentoring others Help desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize profitability Train, coach, and motivate sales consultants to improve performance Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Drive urgency and accountability within the sales team
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record of consistent sales performance (15-20+ units/month) Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections High energy, competitive mindset, and leadership potential Excellent communication and customer service skills Desire to grow into a full Sales Manager role
