This is not just a delivery role—you'll manage your own route, build relationships with customers, and grow accounts through inventory management and product recommendations. No route sales experience? We provide paid training Like working independently and building relationships? This role is for you What You'll Get Base salary during training: $50K
  • 55K Transition to a performance-based compensation structure as your route grows Includes a base salary + commission, with total earnings exceeding your initial salary before transitioning Bonus / incentive opportunities (top performers earn $70K
  • 80K+) Company vehicle (route-based) Company phone, uniforms, and tools provided Paid training and ongoing development Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off Advancement opportunities (we promote from within) What You'll Do Manage and grow an assigned customer route Deliver products while maintaining strong customer relationships Help customers manage inventory levels and ordering needs Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new products Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly Communicate customer needs with internal teams Typical day: Deliver product, check inventory levels, work directly with kitchen managers, and identify opportunities to restock or introduce new items.
