Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in outside sales, technical product demonstrations, and negotiation to contribute to our company's success. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within assigned territories. Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits. Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize market penetration and sales performance. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status for accurate forecasting. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for lead management and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated success in territory management, account management, and business development. Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to sales strategies and customer engagement. Ability to conduct effective product demos and technical sales presentations. Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer needs. Experience with retail or inside sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.
