Job Description Kash Hotels is a dynamic and growing hotel management company based in the vibrant city of Greenville, SC. Specializing in providing exceptional hospitality services, we manage a portfolio that prioritizes guest satisfaction and comfort. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our three Spartanburg properties. Position Overview As Area Sales Manager for the Spartanburg market at Kash Hotels, you will be responsible for directly selling and driving revenue across three of our Spartanburg properties. This is a hands-on sales and marketing role focused on developing and executing effective strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and maximizing production across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and marketing, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to perform as a high-output individual contributor. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across properties under direct selling purview Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, group accounts, and other key partners Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with sales professionals and General Managers across the local market Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, with accurate tracking and reporting of results Own and build out the CRM function for properties under direct selling purview, establishing processes, data standards, and pipeline discipline from the ground up Develop and manage detailed annual revenue budgets for properties under direct selling purview, tracking performance against targets and adjusting strategy accordingly Actively coordinate with the revenue management function as an integrated part of the commercial discipline, including participation in all revenue management calls Conduct regular competitive shops of the local market, including parking lot counts and property walkthroughs, to inform rate strategy and identify revenue opportunities Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunities Coordinate with property teams on promotional packages and seasonal campaigns to support pipeline development Oversee digital marketing activity across GDS platforms, OTAs, brand direct channels, and social media to drive visibility, lead generation, and revenue performance Represent the portfolio at networking functions, trade shows, and community events to expand market presence Provide regular reporting on commercial performance, market trends, and recommendations for growth Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in hotel sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the Greenville/Spartanburg market Experience with GDS platforms, OTA management, and brand direct booking tools Proficient in sales tracking and CRM tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Professional development opportunities Employee discounts on hotel stays Kash Hotels an equal opportunity employer.
