Job Summary Sales Manager - Midwest Region NewVision Security is one of the fastest-growing security integration companies in the Midwest and was recently recognized on the SDM Top 100 list. Position Overview The Sales Manager will lead and develop our commercial and residential sales teams while driving growth in project revenue, service agreements, and recurring monthly revenue (RMR). This hands-on leadership role partners closely with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across the organization. What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of revenue, margin, and RMR goals Building and retaining a high-performing sales team Accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management Strong alignment between Sales and Operations Increased market share and customer retention Repeatable and scalable sales processes Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams Drive performance through KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline reviews Create a culture of accountability, urgency, and execution Manage hiring, development, and performance management Revenue Growth Grow project, service, and recurring revenue streams Expand existing customer relationships and win new business Develop vertical market and service sales strategies Improve service agreement and RMR attachment rates Business & Leadership Partner with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance Standardize sales processes, pricing, and CRM discipline Improve forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency Participate in leadership discussions, planning, and strategic initiatives Talent Development Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals Coach emerging leaders and future managers throughout the organization Build a culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and the NewVision Blueprint Support career growth and leadership development across all regions Create clear expectations, development plans, and succession pathways for top performers Qualifications Required 10+ years of B2B sales experience 5+ years of sales leadership experience Proven success leading multi-region sales teams Experience selling project-based solutions, service agreements, and recurring revenue Strong coaching, forecasting, and team development skills Ability to travel between offices (Headquarters in Bismarck, ND, Dickinson, ND, Fargo, ND and Rapid City, SD) Preferred Experience in security, fire alarm, low-voltage, electrical, or field service industries Experience scaling recurring revenue businesses Familiarity with ConnectWise, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$100,000-$200,000
Bonus Opportunity:
