This is a critical leadership role that combines strategic digital marketing expertise with hands-on sales management and team building. Key Responsibilities The Sales Manager/Lead Generation Expert will operate in a self-paced, results-oriented capacity and will be accountable for the following: Sales & Business Development (Book of Business)
Lead Generation Strategy:
Develop, implement, and manage high-impact digital marketing and lead generation strategies across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, etc.) to drive a consistent pipeline of residential and commercial cleaning leads.
Pipeline Management:
Actively pursue and close new residential and commercial contracts to build and maintain a personal "book of business."
Performance Tracking:
Utilize CRM tools to rigorously track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report on the effectiveness of all lead generation activities.
Sales Team Leadership & Training Team Building:
Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Sales Representatives.
Training & Mentorship:
Design and execute comprehensive sales training programs, focusing on product knowledge, closing techniques, and lead qualification specific to the cleaning industry.
Coaching:
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to ensure the sales team consistently meets and exceeds ambitious sales targets.
Strategic Growth & Adaptation Market Analysis:
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market demands within our service areas (TN and surrounding states).
Process Optimization:
Continuously test and refine sales processes, marketing funnels, and team structures to maximize efficiency and sales conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience Proven Sales Leadership:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, including experience building and training a sales team.
Deep Digital Marketing Acumen:
A profound understanding of lead generation techniques, digital marketing strategies (SEO, social, content), and their direct application to growing a small business.
Business Development Track Record:
Demonstrated success in developing a personal book of business and closing high-value commercial and/or residential service contracts.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Highly comfortable in a self-paced, results-driven role where you are primarily responsible for your own success and the success of your team.
Adaptability:
