This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership over team performance, sales process, and growth strategy What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers to hit sales goals and expand market presence Create and implement sales training materials, including word tracks, role plays, and workshops, to sharpen the team's skills Set measurable quotas and tactical plans aligned with company growth objectives, and translate performance metrics into actionable strategies Oversee daily team activity in CRM, including pipeline management, reporting, and quota tracking Develop and refine sales processes to improve productivity and revenue outcomes Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions Conduct your own direct sales efforts through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and follow-up to grow the customer base as needed based on goals What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least some leadership or team management background Proficiency in CRM and database report management Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Experience in transportation, fleet, or B2B sales preferred but not required Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities An action-based leader with a passion for developing, leading, and growing revenue Additional Information Competitive base salary + commission Employer-subsidized health insurance Flexible time off policy To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily.
