In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We expect candidates to be proactive, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding results while representing our business with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Professional attitude with a high level of integrity and accountability
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus commission structure Performance-based earning potential with uncapped commission opportunities Additional incentives based on individual and team performance
