At WCM Roofing , we don't just fix roofs—we protect homes, businesses, and communities. As we expand, we're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join us as Roofing Sales Managers ! This is a mid-level, high-impact sales role with unlimited earning potential . We require 1+ years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries . If you have sales experience, a strong work ethic, confidence, and a hunger to learn, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you thrive. What You'll Do Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door, referrals, and networking Schedule and perform roof inspections for residential and commercial properties Prepare and present professional roofing estimates and proposals Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claims Close sales and manage the customer relationship through project completion Use a CRM to track leads, sales, and customer interactions Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure job quality Follow up with clients for reviews, referrals, and repeat business Represent our brand with integrity, positivity, and professionalism Develop communication and sales skills that set you up for long-term success What We're Looking For Proven sales experience , preferably in customer-focused roles Strong business acumen and market awareness Excellent communication skills (multilingual a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why WCM Roofing?
