Base starting at $65,000/year + commission + Quarterly Bonus Job Summary Ethnix Group is seeking a DSD Sales Manager to lead and strengthen route sales operations. This role focuses on driving sales performance, maintaining product freshness, and building strong customer relationships while working closely with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and support DSD route sales teams Drive sales performance and manage customer relationships Oversee route planning, inventory, and service levels Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to improve efficiency Requirements 3-5 years of DSD or sales management experience Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Experience with route sales, inventory management, and CRM tools Valid driver's license (minimum 3 years) with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using CRM, GPS, ELD, and basic office software Spanish required; English preferred Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Sales, or related field) Benefits Medical (HDPD/PPO), dental, and vision coverage Life insurance, STD, LTD, and AD&D Employee product discounts Floating holidays and weekends off Biweekly pay
