Job Description

Sales Manager Holiday Inn Express Spring Hill, TN Position Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, relationship development, and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on increasing occupancy, generating group and corporate business, and strengthening the hotel's presence within the local community and regional market. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, goal-oriented, and experienced in hotel sales, business development, or hospitality management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy goals Prospect and secure new corporate, group, government, sports, and leisure accounts Maintain relationships with existing clients and key local business partners Conduct hotel site tours and client presentations Respond to RFPs, inquiries, and leads in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with the General Manager and Revenue Management team on pricing and market strategy Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community functions to promote the hotel Monitor competitor activity and market trends Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and account activity updates Collaborate with front office and operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences Utilize hotel sales systems and CRM tools to track leads and production Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hotel sales, hospitality sales, or related experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Knowledge of Marriott, Hilton, IHG, or branded hotel sales environments preferred Ability to work independently and meet revenue goals Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Experience Experience selling for select-service or limited-service hotels Familiarity with the Spring Hill, Columbia, Franklin, and greater Nashville market Existing relationships with local businesses, contractors, healthcare, sports, or tourism accounts Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus bonus/incentive opportunities Paid time off Hotel discounts Professional development opportunities
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
