Job Description

Sweet Delights LLC d/b/a Nothing Bundt Cakes Sweet Delights LLC is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven District Manager to oversee our Amarillo and Wichita Falls bakery locations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving sales, developing strong management teams, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, accountable, and able to lead multiple bakery teams in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing guest experience. Position Overview The District Manager will directly oversee bakery operations in Amarillo and Wichita Falls. This role requires regular travel, including trips to Wichita Falls/Amarillo approximately two-three times per week. A gas allowance will be provided. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities Lead and support Bakery Managers across all assigned locations Ensure bakeries consistently meet operational, cleanliness, and brand standards Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and food cost control Monitor bakery performance metrics including labor, COGS, guest service scores, and sales trends Coach and develop management teams through regular in-store visits and performance feedback Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and accountability of bakery leadership teams Ensure bakeries maintain proper inventory levels and minimize out-of-stock situations Conduct operational audits and follow up on action plans Support bakeries during holidays, special events, and high-volume periods Maintain strong communication with ownership and leadership teams Travel regularly between Midland, Odessa, and Lubbock locations Qualifications Multi-unit management experience preferred Restaurant, bakery, retail, or hospitality leadership experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to work independently and hold teams accountable Experience managing labor, inventory, and operational performance Must be comfortable with frequent travel Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Gas allowance provided Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Supportive and team-oriented culture If you are passionate about leadership, growing in your career, team development, and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
