The Opportunity We are currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success, such as: Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move-ins. Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process. Conduct virtual and in-person tours of community for professionals and community influencers. Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources focusing on Alzheimer's and Dementia. Report out on sales, marketing and occupancy activity as well as maintain an up-to-date CRM database. And more! Experienced in Geri- psych with professional contacts. Interactions with Neurologist with cultivating relationship to build referrals in Alzheimer's and Dementia. Team Approach The Sales Director will work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in the development and execution of the sales & marketing plan. Meet the sales activity standards set by the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and the Regional Director of Operations. Sales standards include quotas for daily telephone lead base follow-up calls, appointments, on-site and off-site sales activities, and other sales-related performance metrics. Host events for the lead base and professionals to increase traffic in the community. Demonstrate proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and completing sales reports. Cultivate Community Standards Provide regular in-services and orientation training to all front-line and management staff. Maintain an active, working knowledge of current competition and any new entrants or changes in the market.
Demonstrate excellent sales skills through:
establishing and maintaining client relationships; discovering clients' needs and desires with the community's products and services; closing and post-sales activities. Use good listening techniques and demonstrate exceptional customer service. Complete standards in the community lead database for all potential residents and referral contacts. This includes documentation of all completed and scheduled sales activities, including move-ins. What Your Skill will bring Knowledge of the sales process. Knowledge of business, sales, motivation, communication, and related marketing skills. Preferably in the Senior Living industry, with a significant level of responsibility and accountability. Familiar with goal achievement. Valid Driver's License required. Ability to speak and write effectively to present information, solutions, and benefits. Computer literacy. Ability to sell effectively and to close transactions. Ability to articulate our products, services, solutions, and value to prospects and professional referral partners.
