POSITION OVERVIEW
The primary function of the Territory Manager is to prospect, make presentations and sign new schools to the Smart Mouth Program. You will be expected to follow the Smart Mouth System' of Prospecting, Presenting, Presenting Proformas and Closing. As the Territory Manager you will create excitement about our brand while growing business within your assigned territory. You will be expected to create and maintain relationships with the School Nutrition Directors, State SNA Organizations and any others deemed to be crucial to our growth in your market. The following is a list of job functions and is not meant to be all encompassing.JOB FUNCTIONS
Prospecting Appointment setting Presenting The Smart Mouth Program Gathering needed proforma data Running proformas Presenting proformas Sign new schools Grow business in existing Districts by adding schools we don't currently service Periodic Site Visits and Inspections Enter school data into NetSuite in a timely manner Participate in regular, virtual sales calls with other sales department members Communicate with schools and Smart Mouth personnel in a timely manner Populate and maintain your work schedule using Google Calendar and share with National Sales Manager Stay within predetermined travel and department budgets Have a positive attitude and operate with integrity Work State Association trade shows and other events as needed Turn in expenses in a timely manner and enter in NetSuite for ApprovalJOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to prospect, gain appointments and present through the 'Smart Mouth System' Excellent phone and presentation skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis Ability to stand for extended periods of time Proficiency in MS Office including PPT, Outlook, Excel and Word Use of your personal vehicle for company use Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Individual should be flexible, dependable, and results-oriented Ability to communicate effectively Ability to travel overnight Ability to use a computer and related software for company purposes Must maintain (at least) the minimum determined by Bull's Eye Brand's insurance provider for Liability Automobile Insurance on only the vehicle to be used to and from schools Motor vehicle reports and/or background checks will be run periodically Goals to be used with Annual Review Number of Schools Opened Average Pizzas Per School (in your territory) Average Pizzas Per Student (in your territory) Marketing and menu plans created and maintained with school personnel Positive relationships created and maintained with school staff within the given territory Ongoing support in a timely manner regarding product and equipment issues Google calendar populated and updated on a regular basis Expense reports submitted weekly Effective and timely communication with schools and Smart Mouth office personnelCORE VALUES
