Competitive Base Salary + Commisions We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our business across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels throughout the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving sales growth across multiple product categories, including: Feminine Hygiene Products Baby Wipes Baby Diapers Adult Incontinence Products Antibacterial & Alcohol Wipes Personal Care Products Household Cleaning Wipes Health & Wellness Products This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, meeting customers face-to-face, opening new accounts, attending trade shows, and building long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail buyers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify, prospect, and secure new distributor, wholesale, and retail accounts nationwide. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and purchasing teams. Manage and grow existing customer accounts while continuously seeking new opportunities. Present product lines and sales programs to customers and prospects. Negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and annual business agreements. Follow up on leads generated through trade shows, networking events, referrals, and outbound prospecting Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and account management. Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale sales, distribution sales, consumer products sales, or business development. Proven track record of opening new accounts and growing revenue. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality. Excellent relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Preferred Experience Experience selling consumer packaged goods (CPG). Experience selling feminine hygiene products, baby care products, diapers, wipes, healthcare, personal care, or household products. Existing relationships with wholesalers, distributors, dollar stores, grocery chains, pharmacies, convenience stores, and mass retailers. Experience working with major distributors and retail buying groups across the United States. Experience selling into large distributor networks is highly desirable. Existing relationships with distributors in Texas, particularly the Houston and Dallas markets, would be a strong advantage. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license required. Must own and maintain a reliable personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States. Ability to attend national trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events. Some overnight travel required.
