Base Salary + Commission ($60,000-$100,000+ Potential) About Us We are a growing commercial janitorial company providing professional cleaning services to office buildings, medical facilities, call centers and commercial properties throughout the San Antonio area. We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to drive new business growth, build strategic relationships, and expand our market presence. Position Summary The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating new commercial cleaning contracts through prospecting, networking, marketing campaigns, referrals, and relationship-building. This position focuses exclusively on sales and marketing activities and does not include operations or crew management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Sales Prospect and develop new commercial janitorial accounts. Conduct client meetings and facility walkthroughs. Prepare and present service proposals and pricing packages. Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and decision-makers. Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Attend networking events, trade shows, and community business functions. Marketing Develop and implement local marketing strategies. Manage social media platforms and online presence. Coordinate email marketing and lead generation campaigns. Create promotional materials and marketing content. Identify partnership and referral opportunities. Assist with branding initiatives and customer retention programs. Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial janitorial industry required. Proven sales experience with a track record of generating new business. Strong understanding of commercial cleaning services and customer needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with property managers, office managers, schools, medical facilities, or commercial property owners. Experience with B2B sales and contract negotiations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary. Uncapped commission structure. Paid time off.
