We recently expanded into DFW and are looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to run our Carrollton location day to day. Position Summary The Branch Manager owns sales, customer service, and warehouse operations at our Carrollton, TX facility. You are the primary point of contact for contractor customers, responsible for making sure inventory is accurate, orders go out clean, and every visit is fast and professional. This is a player-coach role with real ownership and growth runway as we scale DFW. Responsibilities Sales & Customer Development Build and maintain relationships with professional flooring contractors across North Texas Handle walk-ins, phone orders, and quote requests with a consultative sales approach Advise contractors on product selection, coverage rates, and application methods Follow up on open quotes and drive repeat business Partner with ownership on pricing, promotions, and new-contractor onboarding Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the DFW contractor market Operations & Warehouse Oversee receiving, staging, and order fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory counts and reorder against par levels Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Coordinate freight, will-calls, and deliveries Operate forklift and material handling equipment safely Track key metrics (sales, margin, inventory turns) and report to ownership Team Leadership Supervise counter and warehouse staff; set daily priorities Hire, train, and develop new team members Coordinate with the shared back-office team on CRM, scheduling, and bookkeeping Required Qualifications 3-5+ years in wholesale distribution, counter sales, or branch management Proven ability to sell to and service professional contractors Operational discipline: inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and safety practices Forklift experience (certification available if needed) Comfortable with POS systems, email, and spreadsheets Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment Valid Texas driver's license Organized, accountable, and self-directed

• runs the branch like an owner Preferred Qualifications Flooring, paint, or building materials industry experience HazMat shipping experience QuickBooks proficiency Bilingual English/Spanish Prior P&L or branch-level responsibility Schedule Full-time, on-site in Carrollton, TX.
