We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to oversee our digital sales process, engage customers, and help drive dealership growth. What You'll Do Manage and respond to inbound internet, phone, text, chat, and email leads. Drive appointment-setting efforts and improve lead-to-sale conversion rates. Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure consistent customer follow-up. Monitor lead performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through purchase. Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities and customer satisfaction. Help create a culture of urgency, accountability, and customer service excellence. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications 5+ years of customer service, sales, or business development experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent phone, text, and email etiquette. Experience using CRM systems and managing customer follow-up. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Preferred Qualifications Automotive, powersports, or motorcycle industry experience.
