Business Development and Marketing Manager At Paul Davis, we help people put their lives back together after disaster strikes. From water and fire damage to unexpected emergencies, we partner with homeowners, commercial property owners, insurance carriers, and environmental experts to restore not just buildings—but peace of mind. Now, we're looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy, and socially connected Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Dallas office—the largest Paul Davis operation in DFW. What You'll Do Build influence & opportunity. Develop strong relationships with adjusters, agents, TPAs, contractors, and key industry players. Own the digital space. Manage and grow digital marketing campaigns, advertising strategies, and social media presence. Be the face of Paul Davis. Represent the brand at networking groups, industry associations, and community events. Drive engagement. Organize high-impact events, including continuing education sessions, sponsorships, and referral partnerships. Grow referral networks. Strengthen and manage partnerships with contractors, plumbers, and other key vendors. Shape our story. Oversee development of marketing materials that showcase our services and reputation.
