Vallora Flooring Vallora Flooring is an emerging wholesale flooring distributor focused on SPC, engineered hardwood, and specialty flooring products. We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our next stage of growth and help establish Vallora as a recognized brand throughout Texas and beyond. This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a proven industry professional with existing relationships, a strong track record, and the ability to build revenue from the ground up. Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's sales strategy across Texas and surrounding markets. Expand relationships with flooring retailers, distributors, contractors, builders, developers, and multifamily customers. Recruit, train, and manage future sales team members. Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships. Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy profit margins. Work directly with ownership on pricing, product strategy, inventory planning, and market expansion. Establish Vallora as a preferred supplier within the flooring industry. Required Experience Minimum 10 years of sales experience in flooring, building materials, construction products, cabinetry, surfaces, or related industries. Existing network of industry contacts and decision makers. Demonstrated history of generating substantial sales volume. Experience developing dealer and distribution channels. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing company environment. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is currently working in the flooring or building materials industry and possesses established relationships that can help accelerate Vallora's growth. We are looking for someone who understands that success is measured by revenue, profitability, and long-term market development—not simply account maintenance.
