Full-Time We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to support and execute the sales strategy for a branded focused service hotel in the Corpus Christi market. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactive selling, and is passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth while developing their career in hotel sales leadership. Key Responsibilities Execute sales strategies across group, corporate, and local business segments Drive proactive outbound sales efforts, including prospecting, cold calling, and client engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with local accounts, businesses, and community partners Support group sales efforts from lead generation through contract execution and servicing Partner with Revenue Management and leadership to optimize business mix and pricing strategies Conduct site tours, client meetings, and presentations to secure new and repeat business Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities What We're Looking For Previous hotel sales experience Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Corpus Christi or similar markets Proven ability to generate leads and convert business Highly organized with strong follow-up and account management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Experience with brand systems and sales reporting tools preferred Why This Opportunity High-impact role with direct influence on hotel revenue performance Opportunity to grow within a strong ownership and leadership structure Hands-on development with exposure to full hotel commercial strategy Collaborative environment with Operations, Revenue, and Sales leadership
