If you're passionate about making the world a safer place and want to be part of an award-winning company culture, we invite you to join us The Senior Director, Global Partner Programs & Strategy is responsible for defining and driving the overarching channel strategy, partner program architecture, and global initiatives that accelerate partner-sourced revenue, profitability, and ecosystem scale. This role ensures alignment between corporate strategy, regional execution, and partner engagement models. Key Responsibilities Global Channel Strategy Define and evolve the global channel strategy aligned to company growth priorities (enterprise, platform adoption, new logos) Translate corporate objectives into actionable partner motions (VAR, SI, MSP, marketplace) Identify whitespace, partner gaps, and strategic bets by region and segment Partner Program Architecture Own the design and evolution of the global partner program (tiers, requirements, incentives, specialization) Build differentiated models for key partner types (national partners, GSIs, regional VARs, MSPs) Ensure competitiveness vs. Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and others Global Programs & Initiatives Lead high-impact global programs (takeout campaigns, co-sell motions, services-led transformation, marketplace adoption) Drive consistency and scalability across regions Establish clear success metrics and governance Performance & Analytics Define the data model for channel performance (pipeline, sourced revenue, attach rates, partner productivity) Build executive dashboards and reporting cadence Drive data-informed decision-making across regions Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure aligned execution Influence pricing, packaging, and incentives to support partner-led growth Act as the central point of coordination for global channel priorities Transformation Leadership Lead structural changes in channel model (e.g., shift to services-led, platform selling, fewer/better partners) Drive adoption of new motions (co-sell, consumption, cloud marketplace) Qualifications Experience & Qualifications 12-15+ years in channel, alliances, or GTM strategy in enterprise technology Proven experience designing and scaling global partner programs Strong understanding of cybersecurity ecosystem dynamics Experience working with top partners (e.g., World Wide Technology, CDW) Strong analytical and executive communication skills Profile Strategic thinker who can also operationalize Comfortable driving change in complex, matrixed organizations Data-driven, but pragmatic Able to challenge the status quo Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
