We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our team of real estate professionals. Position Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for training, mentoring, and managing a team of real estate agents. This role requires a proven leader with strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping agents succeed. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, support business growth, and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management. Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and training workshops. Monitor agent performance metrics and establish action plans for improvement. Support agents with lead conversion, negotiations, and transaction management. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture. Identify business development opportunities and strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies. Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to leadership. Qualifications Active Real Estate License (Preferred). 3+ years of real estate sales experience. 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience preferred. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
