In this role, you will building your own strategic sales plays, running your own game plan, while being coached by today's top entrepreneurs in the business. If you're motivated, hungry, disciplined enough to run your own show, and ready to make a serious impact in a fast-moving retail environment, this is your shot. No hand-holding — just results that are backed by hundreds of years of experience. Duties Prospect and generate leads — Actively hunt for new business through door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, networking, referrals, following up on company-provided or storm-damage leads, and targeting neighborhoods with visible roof issues or recent weather events. Conduct roof inspections — Perform on-site inspections of residential or commercial roofs (using ladders, drones, or other tools), document damage or wear with photos/videos, and accurately assess the scope of needed repairs or replacements. Present and close sales — Educate homeowners or property managers on roofing options, material choices, and benefits; deliver compelling sales presentations; negotiate terms and close deals on the spot when possible. Manage your own schedule and pipeline — Plan daily/weekly activities independently, track leads and opportunities in a CRM, submit activity reports, and consistently hit or exceed personal sales targets Oversee job handoff and follow-through — Coordinate with production/installation teams, ensure smooth transition after the sale, and handle any post-sale customer service issues or final payments. Stay knowledgeable on products and industry — Keep up with roofing materials, installation standards, local building codes, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations. Must be available within the DFW Metroplex as needed to accommodate business demands. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
