Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead building design projects and serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic input to deliver high-quality design solutions while contributing to business growth and team development. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred) Registered Architect NCARB Certificate holder Minimum 15+ years of experience in vertical building programs Minimum 7+ years of leadership/management experience , including direct client interaction and full project responsibility Demonstrated ability to support strategic business growth and direction Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of market trends in vertical building design Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments Advanced presentation and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Serve as Team Leader for assigned building design projects Act as the primary client point of contact , managing relationships and communications Lead and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design discussions Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder networks Drive strategic planning and business growth initiatives as part of the leadership team Establish and manage project teams, ensuring appropriate resource allocation Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timelines, and objectives are met Manage project scope, budget, and schedule , including change management processes Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Ensure contractual obligations between all parties are fulfilled Develop and monitor project financials and delivery schedules Promote collaboration and mentor team members to support professional growth Core Skills & Competencies Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations Strategic thinking with a forward-looking perspective Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Additional Requirements Ability to travel as needed Valid driver's license and ability to operate rental vehicles during travel By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
