Role Overview W3Global is seeking ambitious, driven, and results-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Business Development Executives (Full Desk Recruiters) in our Frisco office. This is a unique opportunity for both experienced recruiters/business development professionals and recent graduates looking to build a rewarding career in sales, recruiting, and client management. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for both business development and talent acquisition, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle-from generating new client relationships and securing job orders to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. What You'll Do Business Development Identify and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. Generate new business opportunities and secure job orders from hiring managers and decision-makers. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients across multiple industries. Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities. Negotiate service agreements and recruitment terms. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client requirements. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process through offer acceptance. Maintain accurate records within ATS. Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates. Ensure exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications For Experienced Professionals Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, business development, account management, or related fields. Proven success in client acquisition, recruiting, or sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. For Recent Graduates Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Competitive mindset with a desire to learn sales and recruiting. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable. Preferred Skills Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, or job boards. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and consultative selling skills. Understanding of employment and recruiting best practices is a plus.
