About Massimo Modular Massimo Modular is preparing for a major growth phase in the modular housing, glamping, RV park, resort, and land development market. We design and sell modern modular "Vessel" homes that combine luxury design, smart-home technology, fast installation, and flexible placement for private landowners, RV parks, resorts, developers, and lifestyle communities. Our products are designed for customers who want modern living spaces, rental cabins, glamping units, vacation homes, backyard living spaces, or scalable modular communities.
Our current focus is simple:
officially launch, grow sales, build brand awareness, develop strategic partnerships, and place more Massimo Modular homes into communities and land projects across the U.S. We are looking for a strong operator, sales leader, or business development manager who can help lead this business forward. Position Summary Massimo Modular is seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager / Sales & Marketing Director to help run and grow our modular Vessel home business. This person will lead day-to-day sales growth, marketing, customer development, partner outreach, financing coordination, and business operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in marketing, advertising, lead generation, sales leadership, real estate development, RV parks, modular housing, manufactured housing, hospitality, or land development. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to help build a growing business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities - Sales, Marketing & Lead Generation Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for modular homes, Vessel homes, RV park units, resort cabins, land projects, and private buyers. Manage or coordinate digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Improve brand awareness through social media, online content, video marketing, email campaigns, trade shows, partnerships, and local outreach. Build a clear sales funnel from first inquiry through consultation, financing, purchase, delivery, and installation. Respond to customer leads, qualify prospects, provide product information, and help close sales. Work with the company to improve product presentations, brochures, website messaging, pricing sheets, dealer materials, and customer proposals. Business Management & Operations Help manage the daily business operations of Massimo Modular's Vessel home division. Coordinate with ownership, internal staff, factory partners, vendors, logistics teams, installers, and customers. Help create repeatable systems for sales, customer service, financing, delivery coordination, and post-sale support. Track leads, sales activity, customer status, project pipeline, marketing performance, and revenue opportunities. Assist with pricing strategy, product packages, sales documents, dealer programs, and expansion plans. Represent the company professionally with customers, lenders, RV park owners, developers, landowners, contractors, and business partners. Financing & Customer Support Help customers understand financing options for modular homes, park model units, land/home packages, rental cabins, or investment properties. Develop relationships with lenders, financing companies, loan brokers, and other partners who can support customer purchases. Coordinate the sales process from initial interest through financing, deposit, contract, production, delivery, installation, and final customer handoff. Help create financing-friendly sales materials and customer education resources. RV Park, Resort & Land Development Growth Identify opportunities to place Massimo Modular homes in RV parks, resorts, glamping sites, private developments, land communities, rental properties, and destination locations. Build relationships with RV park owners, campground operators, land developers, real estate investors, hospitality operators, and landowners. Help locate potential properties for lease, purchase, partnership, or development. Assist in negotiating partnership opportunities with landowners, RV parks, and developers. Help create scalable community placement strategies for Massimo Modular homes. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, organized, sales-driven, and capable of managing both strategy and execution. You may be a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following: Marketing and advertising Digital lead generation Sales management Business development Modular homes or manufactured housing RV parks, campgrounds, glamping, or hospitality Real estate, land development, or construction Customer financing or lending coordination Dealer network development Startup-style business growth Operations management Required Qualifications Strong marketing, advertising, and lead generation experience. Proven ability to generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, customers, and partners at once. Comfortable working with ownership in a hands-on, growth-focused role. Understanding of online marketing, social media, digital advertising, and brand development. Ability to help manage customer sales processes from inquiry to close. Professional, self-motivated, and highly accountable. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RV parks, campgrounds, glamping resorts, modular homes, manufactured homes, tiny homes, cabins, land development, or hospitality projects. Existing relationships with RV park owners, landowners, developers, real estate investors, lenders, or contractors. Experience helping customers with financing, loan programs, or lender coordination. Experience launching or growing a new product line, division, or business. Experience with CRM systems, paid advertising platforms, social media content, trade shows, or dealer networks. Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus, but not required. Compensation Compensation is flexible for the right person. We are open to several structures, including: Higher base salary for a proven operator Base salary plus commission Commission-heavy structure with strong upside Performance bonuses tied to sales, partnerships, development deals, or revenue growth Equity-style or long-term incentive discussions for exceptional candidates may be considered Final compensation will depend on experience, background, contacts, and the candidate's ability to help grow the business.
