Job Description

Description Key Responsibilities Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate travel accounts through proactive sales efforts, networking, and strategic outreach. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business travel clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate preferred corporate rates, contracts, and agreements aligned with revenue goals. Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations showcasing the hotel's unique luxury offerings. Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy from business segments. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and corporate travel patterns to identify new opportunities. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account details, and forecasts in CRM systems. Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services for corporate clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, with a focus on corporate or business travel segments. Experience in luxury or upscale hotel environments strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with Hilton systems and brand standards is a plus. Ability to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
