Job Description

The Director of Business Development is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans, programs, and systems which support the strategic direction of the company and promote a broad awareness of the treatment services provided by La Hacienda. The duties and responsibilities include the identification of new marketing opportunities, referral source generation and support, and staying current with marketing trends, competitor analysis and industry networking activities. In conjunction with Community outreach specialists, the Director of Business development is expected to participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and direct contact activities as appropriate or required. The Director of Business development also composes and/or approves the content and/or purchase of all marketing displays, brochures, give a ways, and materials distributed by the department. You are also expected to plan, develop and administer the department budget and approve all expense reports and marketing expenditures. The Director of Business Development is also responsible for hiring Community outreach Specialists and support personnel and providing for their direct supervision and performance evaluations. You will be expected to travel to La Haciendas Community Outreach Offices to allow for face to face on site supervision, training, development and support of the staff. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Organizational Development/Behavior or marketing is preferred. Related Experience considered in lieu of education Requires a minimum of Ten (10) years management experience and minimum of Five (5) years leadership of a business Development Team specializing in marketing professional Services Understanding of the principles of direct marketing, social media marketing, corporate brand management and business development. Strong leadership and team building skills Excellent change management, communication, and solid interpersonal skills Ability to prepare formal presentations on a variety of work related topics Excellent organizational and project management skills Basic computer skills Comprehensive benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision and much more!
