Job Description

Kubota of Dallas is growing and has a need for a bilingual General Sales Manager who has the desire to grow with our company! As a Kubota dealer we sell, service, and rent construction and turf equipment in the DFW metro area. Kubota is the #1 compact construction brand in the United States and we are aiming to be the #1 compact construction dealer in DFW. We're looking for an experienced retail sales professional who can lead a team of salespeople to be the best dealer in DFW. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales representatives, hitting market share targets and driving gross profit. If you have a passion for construction, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our store's growth and success!
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales objectives. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track individual and team performance. Drive new avenues of sales beyond traditional leads Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels and product availability to meet customer demand.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales, automotive, retail management, or F&I is preferred. Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Machinery knowledge Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
