As the Director, Sales Learning Program Manager you will play a key role within the team leading key skilling programs and project initiatives to enable our sales teams to be consultative sellers and deliver strong business value. You will lead and manage a large portfolio of skilling programs, and cross-team and cross-organizational virtual teams to help develop and deliver skilling programs. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall strategy and portfolio of skilling programs for Microsoft customer and partner facing roles, as individual contributors and managers for, Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Academy executing through program/project management excellence Lead cross-team and organizational virtual teams to deliver program and project initiatives for MCAPS Academyorganizationthat deliver business value. Collaborate with business partners in the MCAPS organizationby aligning on business and learning needs to inform skilling needs for field roles Collaborate with Global Skilling Strategic Skilling Managers to analyze new and existing skilling needs and businessrequirements, skilling plans, and projectinitiatives Develop and maintain strong communications and relationships across your business partners and internal MCAPS teams Design and develop engaging learning content by applying proven instructional design principles, ensuring materials are learner-centric, interactive, and aligned to business objectives Drive innovation and experimentation into programs to drive high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learners Be data-driven, monitoring and tracking adoption and reach of program portfolio and initiatives and drive continuousimprovement based on feedback and data-driven analysis. Be AI forward, accelerating AI and Copilot usage by prioritizing hands-on learning, experimentation, and deployment of meaningful AI/Agent solutions. Embrace uncertainty, take risks, and learn quickly from mistakes while looking to achieve more through technology and innovation.

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900
  • $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600
  • $303,600 per year.
