What You'll Be Doing Lead and execute regional sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets for aggregates in North Texas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and stakeholders to grow market share. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify and drive new business opportunities. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and pricing teams to ensure reliable product delivery and optimized profitability. Develop and coach the sales team, setting clear expectations, tracking performance, and fostering continuous improvement. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Strong commercial acumen with the capability to drive growth, manage pricing strategies, and improve margins. Effective relationship-building and communication skills across internal teams and external customers. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Commitment to safety, integrity, and inclusive leadership practices. Critical Skills Strategic planning and execution with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management capabilities Leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in sales analytics and forecasting tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Critical Experience & Education 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership responsibilities in construction materials, aggregates, or a related industry Proven success managing regional or multi-site sales operations with accountability for revenue and profitability Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance teams to drive business outcomes Track record of developing strong customer relationships and expanding market share in competitive environments Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus Work Environment This role operates in a combination of office, field, and customer site environments across the North Texas region. Regular travel within the territory is expected to support customers, projects, and team engagement.
