POSITION TITLE

Sales Manager DUTIES:

 Manage the delivery of mortgage broker services to clients, which includes the following: recruit, train, and mentor mortgage loan officer sales support staff; establish performance goals; monitor individual and team performance andidentify areas for improvement; develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets; monitor pipeline reports and assist team members and other stakeholders in closing deals efficiently; build and maintain relationships with real estateagents, builders, and other referral partners; handle escalated client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the loan process; ensure that all loan originators comply with federal, state, and company policies and regulations; prepare and presentregular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

 2 years experience managing sales professionals to include: establishing and monitoring performance goals and identifying areas for improvement; developing and implementing sales plan; and handling all escalations.
