ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Ensure revenue growth across the Southeast region. Identify, pursue, and manage national account opportunities, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned national customers Balance leadership responsibilities with individual contributor responsibilities focused on strategic, high-value national accounts Partner with Operations to identify market expansion opportunities, improve customer experience, and support achievement of company revenue goals Assess market performance by analyzing revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention metrics Lead customer retention initiatives and proactively address risks to account longevity Host and lead weekly sales team meetings focused on performance, priorities, and development Stay current on industry trends and clearly articulate how Protech's solutions address evolving customer needs Represent Protech professionally with customers, at meetings, and at industry events as assigned Performs other duties as assigned.
