//www.wayne-dalton.com/ The Position Responsible for directing Regional Sales force consisting of Manufacturing Agents, and District Factory Direct Sales Manager in securing and maintaining optimum sales levels. You will lead 9 West Coast District Sales Managers. You must reside in West Coat; no relocation assistance available. Responsibilities Directs and controls activities of regional sales force to maintain performance against quotas as developed by company management. Directs customer sales efforts by utilizing point of sale material and advertising programs. Ensures effective channels of communications are maintained in all levels of sales, management, production, and customer service. Analyzes competitor activities in relationship to product, pricing, promotions, and new products, etc. Analyzes customer needs as related to product forecasting, problem solutions, personnel training, and most other activities related to maintaining a sales force. Responsible for effective management and sales of current and new product introductions to current and new customers. Qualifications Proficient at writing business programs letters. Able to translate customer opportunity into new business. Should have the experience / capability to work efficiently out of his / her home. Education Bachelor's degree in business or 4-6 years related job experience.
