In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth by developing innovative sales strategies, and cultivating strong relationships with clients,. Your leadership will ensure the hotel's market presence expands through targeted business development, exceptional customer service, and effective management of key accounts. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue streams across diverse markets Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners in a B2B (business-to-business) environment Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor research, and industry networking Oversee marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility and attracting new clientele Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms while maximizing revenue potential Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives Conduct regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify areas for growth and implement corrective actions Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or hotel management roles with a focus on B2B sales strategies Strong management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse sales team Demonstrated success in technical or technology-driven sales environments using tools like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer service-oriented approach to client interactions Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends and customer needs Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and develop actionable insights Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively present ideas and build lasting relationships Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, innovation, and accountability within the sales department
