Job Description

Join Visiting Angels as the Market Leader in Home Care Services If you have a passion for business growth, strategic leadership, and making a meaningful impact in the community, this is the opportunity for you.
What You Will Do:
As the Director, you will be at the helm of our Midland, TX operation, responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Marketing & Business Development:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build brand recognition and expand market share. Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners.
Client Care Leadership:
Oversee the complete care experience for clients, from onboarding to ongoing service excellence. Conduct new patient consultations and annual supervisory visits to ensure quality standards. Coordinate and communicate with medical and non-medical institutions to optimize care delivery.
Caregiver Management:
Recruit, screen, and hire top-tier caregivers to maintain a high standard of service. Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support. Strategically schedule caregiver assignments to meet client needs.
Operational Oversight:
Manage intake of new clients and oversee all associated follow-ups. Handle LTC insurance claims and ensure timely submissions. Serve as the on-call contact for after-hours needs, including client sign-ups and caregiver replacement as necessary. Why Join Us?

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree and a track record of success in leadership roles. At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales management, or operations management. Strong entrepreneurial drive with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. A willingness to take ownership, work autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
