Job Description

Our Store's success is built on a foundation of excellence, customer focus, quality products and services. You'll never be bored in this role - and that's a good thing! As a Sales Manager on our team, you are crucial to the customer service experience in our stores. Among other essential duties, you will generate leads, create lease agreements, process renewal payments, and physically handle merchandise to ensure our showroom floors are well maintained. You'll be a jack of all trades, forming important relationships and gaining useful skills to build a meaningful career. Sales Managers Grow Our Business!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set and lead the team to attain sales goals. Develop and execute "feet on the street" marketing plans to prospect new customers. Maintain show floor according to merchandising standards. Manage customer service issues to resolution. Ensure operating standards are maintained. Take a visible role in representing Aaron's in the local community.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonal skills, engages well with people. High energy individual with demonstrated integrity. An aptitude for marketing. The desire to make a difference for our customers. Flexible schedule with availability between 9 am to 8 pm. Valid state Driver's License, clean background and driving record. Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly Bi-lingual, candidates fluent in English and Spanish preferred Retail, Restaurant or related experience a plus
