Director of Business Development

Park Manor of Quail Valley is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our HMG Team!

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Expectations:

Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or Equivalent College graduate or College experience preferred Knowledge /

Experience Reguired :

At least 2 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required. Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required. Performed bedside evaluations. Experience working with hospital case managers. Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently.
