This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance. What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Manage day-to-day sales operations, including desk deals and closing customers Monitor individual and team performance and provide ongoing coaching Ensure compliance with dealership policies and sales processes Work closely with finance, service, and management teams Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer concerns Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies as needed

What You'll Need:
