Monday-Friday Location:
Northlake, TX (Field-Based Role) This role connects operations, sales, customer satisfaction and field execution. You'll be in the field daily, leading crews, supporting technicians, and ensuring jobs are completed at a high standard while keeping customers happy. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Team Lead who communicates well, enjoys leadership, and can step in to support field work when needed. This is a long-term, growth-focused role with real responsibility. This role is a great fit for someone with experience leading teams in field service industries such as home services, exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, or similar operations-based environments.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and support field technicians on daily jobs Coordinate schedules, routes, and job assignments Work alongside crews in the field when needed Perform technician duties as part of daily operations Communicate with customers before, during, and after service Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction on every job Handle inbound inquiries and support closing service opportunities Troubleshoot job-site issues and help keep jobs running smoothly Maintain professionalism and safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For:
We're hiring for leadership, attitude, and ability—not just experience. Prior technician or field service experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable leading small teams in the field Able to step into hands-on work when needed Sales-minded or comfortable discussing services with customers Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong problem-solving skills in real-time field situations Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Requirements:
